The room was cozy with a nice seating area and a kitchenette, which made it feel like a little home away from home. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for winding down after a day out. it had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and I appreciated how tidy it was.

The lack of air conditioning felt stuffy during the summer heat, though others might not mind.

The hotel with lovely and cozy rooms, in a shopping area, in the middle of jackson. Central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave in the room and the extremely comfy bed.

The bed was very comfy, and the room itself was separate. The location was marvellous and favourable: a mall and a big shopping mall were within walking distance. You can find Vegetartain World next to the hotel to a have lunch. The staff was helpful and attentive and we would like to go back there again.

Amanda, the receptionist, was incredibly friendly and helpful. the kitchen facilities were excellent, and the shower had fantastic pressure and temperature. the location is great, near shopping and a lovely park. the room was quiet and the back patio was a nice touch. it offered good value for money.

Toilet didn't flush properly. TV wasn't connected to anything.

The location was super chill, and we explored Banks Peninsula and Akaroa, soaking up all the vibes. There was free WiFi, which was a lifesaver for posting all our epic pics! Plus, the staff was cool and helpful whenever we needed anything.

Only bummer? Wish there were more hangout spots for us party people.
